At Step Style UK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process smooth and simple.
Our Returns Policy
If you would like to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return an Item

Contact Us
Email our customer service team at support@stepstyleuk.store with your order number and reason for return. -
Receive Return Instructions
Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address. -
Send Your Item
Carefully package your item and send it back to us using a trackable delivery service. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
We're happy to offer exchanges if stock is available. Please mention that you would like an exchange when you contact us.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us at support@stepstyleuk.store within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return (such as socks, insoles, or any items marked as final sale). These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
