3. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery and payment details.
4. Confirm your order – we’ll send you a confirmation email shortly after.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
UK Express Delivery: 1-2 working days

Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. However, we are working on expanding our delivery options soon.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your delivery.

We accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Contact us at support@stepstyleuk.store to start your return. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel or amend it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, our returns process will apply.
