UK Delivery Options

Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery status in real-time.

We work with trusted courier services to ensure your package arrives safely and on time, including:

Missed Deliveries
If you're not available when delivery is attempted, our courier will leave a card with instructions to either:
- Rearrange delivery.
- Collect your parcel from a local depot.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery details before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@stepstyleuk.store. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
Currently, Step Style UK ships exclusively within the UK. We are working on expanding our delivery options to international customers soon – stay tuned!
